In most situations our developers utilize pre-existing modules or templates to implement your application. In designing your application we account for everything. For example, if your database or host computer becomes unavailable, our system will automatically reacquire it once it's back again. Exception handling is built into the application "by design", it will function in a proper way even under exception situations. We will modify standard products, such as The Dialer, to meet your OEM requirements. For example, we've served the government with customized versions of The Dialer to perform specialized functions on their telephone network such as "busy signal override".
