MAINTENANCE PLAN

DAC Systems provides maintenance and support for end customer systems.
OEM's provide support for their customers systems with DAC Systems providing 
second tier support as needed.

In our support of systems, we often provide assistance beyond the scope of the IVR.
It is not uncommon for us to troubleshoot a problem which is eventually traced to 
external equipment such as a database server.  Our objective is to get you back up
and running as quickly and effectively as possible.
