Using optical character recognition, inbound fax processing can convert fax images to computer data (ASCII) and automatically update your database or host computer. Double Duty: DAC Systems can implement your fax solution so it can do "double duty". In this scenario, it can both provide Fax on Demand and desktop PC fax automation throughout your customers office. Interactive Fax: If the information you want to fax is constantly changing, or is unique for each caller, Interactive Fax is the answer. Interactive Fax has many advantages. It can retrieve data from a database or host computer, create the fax image "on-the-fly", and send it. These faxes are as up to date as your data. It is also advantageous from a document maintenance perspective; you never have to update the fax library since the faxes originate from the data itself.
