ADD-ON COMPONENTS DAC Systems makes add-on components that compliment IVR, CTI, and FAX, platforms. These components are provided with OEM turnkey systems on an as needed basis. We make analog and digital cables, known as CDA1000 and CDD1000. These cables are designed and manufactured by DAC Systems. Our high density analog cables convert the proprietary receptacle found at the rear of a voice board into an industry standard connector, most commonly an Amphenol RJ-21. For ISDN and T-1 systems, our premium cables provide the highest signal quality possible. The cable/wire itself is the best available. Our cables have individually shielded tip/ring receive tip/ring transmit pairs, each with its own drain wire. DAC Systems includes all telecommunications cables needed with each SMC2000, SMC3000, and SMC4000 system.
