OEM system implementation is all inclusive from functional specifications through
staff training.
All Product Included:
All hardware and software is included with OEM systems. An OEM system
consists of an SMC2000, SMC3000, or SMC4000 platform and an IVR, CTI, or FAX
application software implemented to meet your OEM needs and requirements.
Everything is included: the operating system, software, core technology licenses such
as for speech recognition and text to speech, and utilities such as digital audio editor.
All Add-On Components Included:
We supply all needed add-on components including telecommunication cables,
telephone line simulators, channel service units, and more.
No "Ups and Extras":
When DAC Systems provides an OEM implementation cost, there are no ups and extras.
The cost and delivery schedule commitment is not subject to change. We account for
typical "adjustments" and "changes in specification" within an OEM implementation.
