MAINTENANCE
DAC Systems provides maintenance and support for all hardware and software.
We maintain comprehensive documentation on all systems. Every SMC2000, SMC3000,
and SMC4000 hardware component is available as a replacement part. From 1988 to
the present time, only four generations of hardware have been manufactured. This allows
us to maintain an inventory of replacement parts for all systems. Our consistent build
level and avoidance of "computer du-jour" enables this long term hardware maintainability.
Software Maintainability:
All applications and system loads are archived and documented. In this way, we can
replicate all systems even if your original material is destroyed such as in a fire or flood.
