INSTALLATION
Installation Training:
Equipment installation and administration training is included in OEM training.
This includes mounting the systems in an equipment rack, connecting and configuring
the telephone lines, establishing network connectivity, and all testing. We work hand in
hand with your staff so they can learn to perform installation in a routine reliable way.
Self Installations:
In certain cases, OEM customers can have customers to perform "self installation".
This is typically only possible with small systems which utilize analog phone lines.
Site Preparation:
Installation success starts with a Site Preparation Document. This document covers
all areas, which should be prepared in advance of the installation date; Equipment
Location, Primary Power, Telecommunications Lines, LAN Networking, and Testing
infrastructure. Our OEM training makes for smooth installations minimizing the
possibility of "surprises" found during the actual installation.
