DAC Systems - System Implementation Plan
DAC Systems implements products for OEM's using a structured implementation plan.

We use a five step process.
1.	Functional Specification
2. Application Implementation
3.	Site Preparation Documentation
4.	Installation Training
5.	Reference System Operation

1.0	Functional Specification

During this period, we work with you to assess your specific application needs and
requirements. We will work with your staff to receive the necessary information
describing the applications functional requirements. The information provided by your
organization may in a rough format such as sketched flow diagrams, script (for IVR),
database structure, and outline of background tasks such as periodic upload / download
of files, and report generation. DAC Systems will take the preliminary / rough material
provided by your organization and will formalize it into a Functional Specification.
It consists of three main sections:

1. Flow Diagram - a visual representation of the application.

2. Script - the written IVR script and / or web text that complements the Flow Diagram.

3. General - a formal description of data definitions, periodic tasks, and administration.
The Functional Specification will be submitted to your organization for review and revision
by appropriate staff. Typically, there are two review and revision cycles where the
document is marked up by your staff, DAC Systems integrates the adjustments into the
main document, and re-submits the document for subsequent review and revision. After
the second review and revision cycle, the document is typically ready for use in the
application implementation process. Note: More than two review and revision cycles
may occur as per the needs of the various departments involved in this process.

2.0	Application Implementation

During this period, the application specific to your OEM needs is implemented. We will
integrate the system into your host computer or database using one of two methods;
1) adapt to your existing host computer or database, or 2) work with your staff to define
and implement the database. Towards the end of the application implementation
process, you are invited to exercise and test the application. We encourage testing
during this phase include both "normal" as well as "improper usage" testing.
Proper and improper use of the application is designed to stress the application to
ensure the application functions properly.

3.0	Site Preparation Documentation

DAC Systems will provide your organization with a Site Preparation Document. It is a
checklist that will enable your staff to systematically preparation each end customer
site for equipment installation. It includes preparing the equipment location, network
connectivity, and telecommunications infrastructure.

4.0	Installation Training

At this point your staff will be trained on installation and administrative training.
Training is typically handled in two days (depending on system complexity).
The system will be made available at this time to your staff for final testing.

5.0	Reference System Operation

At this time, the reference system is available for normal use. All OEM's receive a
reference system to be used for sales and support of their end customers.
