IVR:
Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems are accessed using a telephone or mobile
phone. They can be either touch tone based or use speech recognition.
CTI:
Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) enhances call center productivity by automating
each customer service agent's desktop computer. CTI includes functions such as
screen pop, and call routing.
Fax:
Computerized fax can retrieve data from a database, dynamically generate fax pages,
and transmit them. Using optical character recognition (OCR), faxes can be received
and converted from handwriting to ASCII data ready for subsequent processing.
Telco:
Our telco platforms serve thousands of calls in mission critical applications every day
such as Enhanced 911. Our products use a unique and highly efficient architecture,
have a large chassis capacity, and are available in NEBS/LSSGR format.
