OEM PROGRAM If you need IVR, CTI or Fax products in quantity, our original equipment manufacturer program may be perfect for you. We are one of the few companies that has an OEM Program. Almost all other IVR, CTI, and fax companies are unfamiliar with producing product on an OEM basis. OEM hardware includes everything from engineering release and process sheet creation, through paint scheme, labeling, shipping carton artwork, and documentation. OEM software development cost is spread across multiple copies of the product. We have a long term commitment to each OEM customer. We not only design and manufacture the product, we provide support materials including users manuals, field service manuals, and installation guides. We coordinate with each OEM customer on a periodic basis to determine needed enhancements and modifications based on changes in their industry. DAC Systems puts its resources to work not only at the beginning but throughout the OEM relationship . We have OEM customers with many years of purchase history. We fortify our OEM customers by training their staff on IVR, CTI, and / or fax sales, service, and support. This includes second level technical support.
