PRESS RELEASES For Release: August 15, 2005 For More Information Contact: Mark Nickson (203) 924-7000 Reference: PR50815105 DAC Systems – TeleMarketing Assistant to be made in .NET ™ Version
Shelton, Connecticut, August 15, 2005 - DAC Systems announced it is scheduled to release a new Microsoft .NET ™version of TeleMarketing Assistant in early 2006.
DAC Systems - TeleMarketing Assistant started out as a single user stand alone product running under Windows NT. It was then made into a multi user product based on Intel CT-Media ™ utilizing a client server architecture. Now it is being made available as a web application based on a Microsoft .NET ™ technology. By making it available in this new format, end customers can more easily integrate it with their CRM, Call Center, and Sales Force Automation systems and software. Furthermore, end customers can use TeleMarketing Assistant via their Internet web browser without having to install any software on their desktop PC. TeleMarketing Assistant can therefore be used anywhere there is a phone and a web browser. This enables organizations to have "at home agents" use it in the same way as if they were in their companies building. The product allows sales and service staff to reach more people in less time while maintaining high-quality, high-touch service. The value of TeleMarketing Assistant is based on one simple fact: An estimated 70% of all calls to go to voice mail. DAC Systems designs, manufactures, and markets IVR, WEB, CTI and FAX systems and applications for commercial, municipal, and government organizations. The company, founded in 1988, has its headquarters in Shelton, Connecticut.
