PRESS RELEASES For Release: March 6, 2001 For More Information Contact: Mark Nickson (203) 924-7000 Reference: PR10109102 DAC Systems –TeleMarketing Assistant now available for CT Media.
Shelton, Connecticut, March 6, 2001 - DAC Systems is pleased to announce it has expanded its TeleMarketing Assistant product which is now available for Dialogic CT Media. TeleMarketing Assistant improves outbound calling productivity an average of 25 to 40%. "To be CT Media certified, DAC Systems has ported its TeleMarketing Assistant application to CT Media. The company as been a maker of IVR, FAX, CTI, WEB, and telecom systems since 1988 and believes CT Media is becoming the de facto standard communications server," said Mark Nickson. TeleMarketing Assistant for CT Media is immediately available. The product works the exact way as the original stand alone version which was released over three years ago The new version has two major advantages brought by CT Media. First, unlike the stand alone version, all the hardware is in a centralized telecommunications server which allows the product to be shared across the entire contact center. Second, it is scalable and runs on multiple CT Media Servers allowing unlimited growth as well as fault resilient operation. TeleMarketing Assistant automates the placement of outbound calls and delivery of information. It automatically dials the phone for the agent, lets them speak to their contact if they reach them live, and automatically leaves messages if they don’t reach them live. When the agent reaches a person, they conduct a conversation just as with a regular phone. When they reach voice mail or an answering machine, they simply press a button and leave their message. Once they press the "play message button," they are free to place the next call. In fact, they can be leaving messages to multiple people at the same time resulting in a large productivity gain The benefit of TeleMarketing Assistant is to let agents speak with each customer personally <and> disperse information in as automated a fashion as possible. TeleMarketing Assistant relieves agents from having to speak the message when the customer is not available. They don’t have to waste time leaving messages in each customers voice mail or answering machine. DAC Systems develops, manufactures, and markets IVR, FAX, and CTI systems and applications for commercial, municipal, and government organizations. The company, founded in 1988, has its headquarters in Shelton, Connecticut.
